Children's Ministry

At FBC it is our desire that children learn about WHO GOD IS and WHAT HE SAYS to us in His Word, the BIBLE. We wish to partner with parents in laying a foundation for the salvation and discipleship of our children through Bible teaching and modeling by caring adults.

KINGDOM KIDS

On Sunday mornings the kids of FBC gather in our children's ministry area for a great time of learning and fun. Our children's ministry leadership combines scriptural learning with spiritual worship in helping kids connect with God.

AWANA

AWANA is FBC"s midweek children's ministry that takes place September - April of each year. Kids have a great time with fun games, special events, small groups and Scripture learning and memory. Each week, a meal is provided for families and the community beforehand for a small charge.

5-DAY CLUBS

Another opportunity for children is our summer Day Clubs. Kids (4 years-Grade 5) have a great time with music, teaching, and games as they are spiritually challenged by "missionary" youth from Child Evangelism Fellowship.

LAKE ANN CAMP

In August, the kids who have been involved in Kingdom Kids and Awana head North to Traverse City for what has become one of the highlights of the calendar. Lake Ann Camp provides great leadership and energetic teaching as kids enjoy the sun, water and the great outdoors.
