Women's Ministry

The Women's Ministry at FBC seeks to connect women to each other and has a uniquely spiritual emphasis. Ladies get together to pray, share, and learn regularly at different venues throughout the year.

LADIES BIBLE STUDY

During the school year, women get together every Wednesday morning for a time of sharing and learning at 9:00 a.m. Generally some Bible study guide, such as a Beth Moore series, is followed as a means to getting deeper into the Scriptures. One of the unique emphases of this group is its multi-generational nature with women from a variety of different age groups engaging with each other in support and community. Childcare is provided.

WIDOW'S MIGHT

Usually meets on the first Sunday of every month, widows are invited to this time of hospitality and support. If you are looking for a group of caring women with whom to grow and share the struggles of life alone this special once a month ministry is for you.

OTHER EVENTS

• Ladies Morning Brew events take place a various times throughout the year. This is a great time to get together and chat over coffee. Check the calendar for specific dates.
  
  
• Winter Overnight - February

• Prayer Hike in August. Prayer walking and snacks are the focus as women get together to spiritually connect.
  
  
• Ladies Retreat in September. This event is the largest Ladies gathering of the year as FBC women get together with women from other CBA churches in our region to grow, learn and have a great time of spiritual challenge at Maranatha Bible Conference in Muskegon.
  
  
• Dinner & a Movie - November
  
  
• Giving Christmas Cheer- designed to encourage women who are unable to get out very often.
