Serve in Sharing

Serving is one of the ways that we can express our love and thanks for all the things God has done for us. In addition, it is a great way to meet people and become connected with others who share your particular interests. Serving will also make your church feel like a place you belong. And finally, by serving, we will find ourselves changing to become more Christ-like.

SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

Below is a list and description of the various areas in SHARING that provide an opportunity for you to serve at FBC. Read through this list, pray about your role, and the seek God's direction for your response.

SUMMER STREET PARTY

This event requires volunteers in the following areas:

• Food service
• Set-up and clean-up
• Games
• Security
• Mechanical Support

SHORT TERM MISSION

Whether you are interested in one of the pre-planned annual trips or have an interest of your own FBC continues to seek opportunities to reach out in short term mission. See one of the pastors, stop by the church office or talk with Chuck McMillan the head of our Missions Committee.

FAITH PROMISE

Every year, FBC spends a season of prayer seeking God on what we should give financially to Missions, Global and here in North America. Individual families at FBC commit to give whatever they feel individually the Lord has called them to commit. One way to be involved is to give financially through our Faith Promise fund.
